I would just like to know where the Comment block settings are. I'm in 2.2, and the icon to edit only lets me choose where on the page I want it. and Display on page types.
On My Moodle, the comments block only shows MY comments.
On the Plugins Overview, comments can only be on or off. And the Comments block there shows my comments and another admin person, which is different from elsewhere.
The comments made by sts are not visible to me as admin.
In the process of writing this, I've just added a new Comment block on my (admin's) Site news page. Previous comments are not visible. And when I return to My Home, the comment I just added in the new Comment block do not appear.
Could the owners of this Comment block describe it on their page?
