As I posted sime days ago (http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=162280) I cannot see any submissions of my pupils since updating from 1.9.9 to 1.9.10
Yesterday I updates to the latest build (24.11.2010 1.9.10), but this was not a solution
Very funny: as an Moodle-administrator I am also not able to see any submissions?! Pupils are successfully sending their files but no one can correct them
Please help me, any idea?

Is this the same problem as I was having? I am using 1.9.7 - but was grateful to Elena Ivanova for saying:

Try resorting assignment submissions page by Last Modified, and you as a teacher will magically see student submission."
Might this work in 1.9.10? In which case, Elena would ask you to vote for this in MDL-25315 - the discussion I had in the forum is http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=157789 - mine was a single student with most student assignments showing - sounds as if yours is across the board? Worked 'as if by magic' in my situation in 1.9.7!

I do not speak German but is looks like on the left you have some group selected, therefore you are supposed to see submissions made by those group members only.
You probably just do not have any members in that 1bHBT group
Try using that drop-down menu and select to see all course students.

there are members in this group And looking into the mysql-database directly I can see als submissions...
The message translated by me: "No user could be found, who is allowed to upload submissions." But the users did upload the files successfully - but nobody can see them.
The symptoms are the same as you discribed in http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=159586
"We have just noticed that some submissions to the assignment module (can be files, or online text) are invisible to the instructor (1.9.5 and 1.9.8)
Student can see his own submission just fine." with the difference, that ALL submissions are invisilbe for my instructors and administrators.
Attached the Export from mdl_assignment_submission and mdl_assignemtn in zipped SQl-Format hoping it can help solving the problem
I found the solution!! According to http://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=157789#p711366 I checked the option for the normal user and now I can see all submission again!! Since many users are calling the same problem in this threat there seams to be a crazy bug updating the system. Can anybody track this bug? I don't know how I can do this
