Allow me to shake your hand. Mamma Mia! That is the BEST slideshow on E-Learning there is bar none. I love your animations, slide transitions, image croppings and I absolutely love the picture of the family sitting together in the lounge, accessing different media. Fantastic slide and wonderful message and I really learnt something from your magnificent effort, especially the part to keep Virtual Learning less stressful for the student, but on the contrary, for the student it should be more fun, full of fun and spontaneous discoveries by the student. Keep up the good work and I can't wait for your next slide!

Guillermo, what a beautiful message with beautiful slides and people to go with it. Lovely. I agree with the five points you make, too.

The only thing (a small thing) that leaves me uneasy is that phrase "virtual education". I sort of thought e-learning or virtual education died five or ten years ago. I live in a world of blended learning where the lines between face-to-face and online are so fuzzy, I find I am often doing both at the same time.  Also, I feel uncomfortable with the word "traditional" because it carries lots of negative baggage.  How about just saying "face-to-face"?

I like to say there are many new face-to-face technologies emerging now, as well as electronic ones. The other day I went to workshop on "near peer role modeling" and another demo on "fast pair switching" (a communication tool of two lines of  people standing and switching partners every two minutes). Kind of like speed dating. And hardly traditional.

I thought the presentaton was genuine, enagaging and fresh... liked it, learned something. Also, for me-- somewhere around slides 62 - 80, I got Oops! slides failed to convert. Don't know what that's all about?
