Hi Owen,
I see you're new to Moodle. But you're probably quite a "techie" person. Many Moodle users are not and, like the lady in the cartoon, get lost. Moodle admins spend a lot of time rescuing them - we're happy to do so but ... We're also happy to laugh at our sitituation.
