I am trying to backup a course but when I get to almost the end of the 3rd stage.... the process stops. I have no record of backup. it does not go to zip file data.
This means I cannot backup the course and therfore O cannot make a backup or transfer the course.
When I look in the data file -backup, there is nothing other than restore html.
Does this mean the original host has not done a back-up? Or that I am not allowed to make a back up copy?
