I have the Exit Page set up to show the Unit Grade. However, it always shows a grade that’s too low. For example, it showed 96% when my helper actually scored 100%. I tried it myself and the Unit Grade showed up as 83%. When we return to the quiz, it shows the correct grades for these attempts: 100%.
Could you set up a similar QuizPort on my server so i can have a look?

could you also enable the "Unit attempt grade" on the exit page. Maybe what is happening is that the "Unit grade" is showing the unit grade before the unit attempt that has just finished. So for example, you may find that the "Unit grade" says 83% (which it as before the current unit attempt finished), but that the unit attempt grade is 96% (which is the grade for the unit attempt that just finished).
Not sure if I explained that very enough, but anyway, please could you enable that "Unit attempt grade" and see if it gives any more information.

Hi Gordon,
"Unit Attempt Grade" returns the correct results. I had someone who had never taken the quiz enroll and told her all the correct answers. Once again, "Unit Attempt Grade" was 100% and "Unit Grade" was 83%.
Per your suggestion, I tried to set it up on your server. Unfortunately, my browser was unable to access the URL you provided. Is there a typo?

... Yes, as I suspected the 83% that is being shown is the unit grade *before* the score for the final quiz included in the score.

I found and fixed the cause of the problem. The unit grade on the exit page of QuizPorts whose grade method is "average" should display correctly now.
