Telling students to click on the "OK" button

Telling students to click on the "OK" button

Hi everybody,

From working through the WebSequitur scoring problem, I've realised that some students don't realise that they have to click on the "OK" button at the end of an exercise to have their attempt recorded as "completed". I've made my instructions more explicit and have attached here an image I use for that purpose in case it could be useful to others.

Cheers,

Glenys

The shadowed instruction balloon is very neat Glenys!  What graphics program did you use to make it?

Hi Deborah,

I used Snagit - it's very nice but it's not free - €50 on Windows though on Mac you can get the beta for free.

Faststone Capture 5.3 isn't as slick but does most of the same things for free.

Cheers,

Glenys

Hi Glenys/Deborah - I absolutely love Snagit -it is more than worth the money - all the screenshots in my books were done in Snagit and my youtube movies screencaptured with Snagit too.
