Previously I install my moodle on my server and we used it for many months but after change my server and transfer the data base to the new one , I try to install moodle again but after I put the data of database (name , user , p.w ) but I can't continue because there are errors in UT8 , please see the attachment.
Please how can I solve this problem ?
