Is moodle really fully customisable? or there are any limitations apart from CSS coding, and design ability?

For example, can it be made to look like this:

Conrado: I'd say yes, Moodle is fully customisable.

And yes it could be made to look like the BBC site, but probably NOT just with CSS alone, it may need some specific theme design, maybe some coding.  But I might be wrong.

Hi Conrado,

Try asking on the Themes Forum. There's a lady who hangs out there called Mary Evans who seems to know everything about theme design. surprise Other people too.
