In Moodle 1.9 I'd like to rearrange a course layout so that blocks and topics can be intermingled in a two row, five column approach. The areas could be of fixed width and fixed height. Before I get started into hacking at code, I was wondering if anyone had any thoughts... Below is a representation of what I'd like to do.
