The institution I am working with now is looking at alternative LMS systems and is interested in learning about the experiences of those in the US higher education community who have transitioned from a proprietary or home-grown system to hosted installations of Moodle. If your institution has shifted from another system to Moodle, please take a few minutes to answer these questions. They cover training, support, and general satisfaction with the system and vendors.

Again?? I did that once... that was enough. Bottom line, if you train your staff then they can help with the students who will explore and pick it up a lot quicker than your staff. Students are rarely burdened with an unwillingness to try new things, so get your staff trained or the students will leave them behind.
