Private message block

I am running v 1.4.2 and I just installed the private message block.  I tried to compose a message and when I clicked on "Send message" I get the error message "Could not insert message into the database".  Does anyone else get this message?

You need to insert the SQL to create your database tables "by hand" at this time. Did you do that successfully? If you did, maybe your db table name prefix is not "mdl_" (the default)?
