I just stumbled over this problem after having imported a big number of new users:

Can anyone have a look at it and make a Tracker-Issue, as it makes vane the possibility to import users if they all get the ForcePassword Flag set by default, and you are using even LDAP or Shibboleth auth. But even using manual accounts it is very nasty if you put good passwords ready to use for the users.
