Moodle as the main school website, or not?

There is no reason why that could not be the case and there are a number of reasons why it could be a viable option for a school. Reading the planetpda.net article though, I am not real sure that Moodle is the whole answer. Having said that though, if developers were interested in doing something a little different than just another Moodle theme, the possibilities become greater.
How is that for a fence sitting statement..
