Hi, I'm interested in using a whiteboard to teach math courses interactively. Does moodle support such a features os is there a plugin that does that?

AFAIK, no. Having said that, AIUI, and I have only used Promethean whiteboards, the whiteboard software actually takes care of the interactivity, which means, to me, that it may be a somewhat self defeating kind of exercise to be using an interactive whiteboard in a Moodle environment. These are two tools, one to set up the exercise, Moodle, the other to physically involve the students.
For a start though, you may want to place this question into the General Developer's forum, and as a Moodle Tracker item, then send an email to your whiteboard provider asking them if they had considered such a move.
