Wes, did you ever figure this out?
We're having the same issue with Moodle 2.8.11. I tried Ken's suggestion, but I have no users that show up under that Authentication. I DO, however, have a bunch (1328, to be exact!) of users that show up under "MNet ID provider is equal to "id: 1 (Error)"
