Ah thanks. I thought they used to be in the ordinary docs but they seem to have vanished (as have the requirements for 1.9 worryingly)

at least some information on requirements for Moodle 1.9 is still available at Installing Moodle#Requirements.
Regarding updating Moodle Docs for Moodle 2.0 I'd like to point again at the suggestions made at Moodle 2.0 , Page naming and sort a progress report which might be taken into consideration.
