I've just spent a long time trying to find the file defining $string['file'] as used in a moodle forms form. It was in /lang/en_utf8/moodle.php

Was there any way of knowing this, or finding out quickly? As far as I can this file isn't even included in the function places_to_search_for_lang_strings() in moodlelib.php,
