Any step by step guide to create web services for adding a course in moodle?

I am a newbie to moodle and I need to know how to create a web service in moodle2.0. Any step by step or pointers for the same would be of great help for me. Thanks in advance.

Hi, there is one moodle_create_courses function in CVS beginning of this week. It should have been integrated to the daily build (http://download.moodle.org/download.php/moodle/moodle-latest.zip)
