We are two postgraduate students at the University of Antwerp Management School. Our subject is Human Resource Management. We are currently doing an internship at a consultancy company in Belgium.
They have asked us to research the newest developments and tools to give training to professionals in the following subjects:
- Leadership and Coaching
- Behavioral Interviewing
- Developing and Recognizing Competencies
Since Moodle was one of the new technologies that was recommended to us for research, we hoped that this community could point us in the right direction.
If you have any idea about 'new' (post 2004) E-Learning technologies that could be implemented in these three existing areas, could you let us know? This would help push our research in the right direction.
