I would like my system to have a scenario in moodle
in which
1)tutor(role) should request a course.
2)course creator should approve the course and then only the course should be displayed.
3)course creator himself can create the course.

After you log in, the system does not differentiate between a teacher from a student. All pages alike.
in that online user block can i show teacher separate
