Dear all,

I want to enhance my Collapsed Weeks course format so that it has a 'window' around the current week where that topics are within that 'window' are shown and those that are not are 'not' except in editing mode.

In reading /course/format/README.txt (Moodle 1.9) I see that you can add database tables to store data, which I would then use in format.php to manipluate the displayed content. However, I can see no way of providing a file that would add additional setting form controls to the course settings page - http://docs.moodle.org/en/Course_settings

Any ideas?
