I wish to have a module where lecturer can store question for his course, tru this the lecturer can select or randomly select questions for his student test/quiz and the mark will be store into the database. And if another lecturer take over the course he can still use or modify the question.
From that also the lecturer can monitor the progress of his students.
I have a basic experiance in PHP and MySQL, I've looked the NEWMODULE example, but it's hard for me to understand, is there any reading material where I can learn more how to create a new module, step and example.

It's about 90% ready, and will be included in Moodle 1.0.6.
