Web services

Hi community,

I am new to PHP and Moodle. Basically I am a .net guy and looking for integrating moolde with our existing ASP.Net application & Facebook connect.

Our current version of moodle is 1.9.3. Its Windows based installation on MySQL db.

Are Moodle web services build into the basic moodle installation or we need to install them as separate module or patch. Please guide me on this, i can see lot of documentation on moodle web services but nowhere i can find how to start with.

Do we have readymade web services in moodle which a .net client can access?

Any body, any help in this regards or any pointers will be helpful.
