Similar to Sonia's problem, some of our chat sessions in 1.4.1 are not being saved. This is the pattern that is happening...
1. Teacher sets up 5 chat rooms in a course, labeled Chat Room A, Chat Room B, Chat Room C, etc.
2. 30 students are divided into groups of six and they chat in separate rooms for 20 minutes.
3. Only the session in Chat Room A is saved and viewable. Rooms B-E have nothing saved.
This problem pattern repeated over several courses.
You may wonder why we aren't using groups. That is because when we used groups before in an earlier version of Moodle, we got confused and had some problems. Also it is very easy for students to "see" their room on the main course site using this way.
