Quiz

OK... I'm new to Moodle and have no real idea where to start to make this happen.  Like, what is 3p? 3%?

We don't want one blob of feedback to appear when complete, but an individual feedback statement based on score, so if an advanced person scores, they only see the advanced feedback and not ALL feedback for each level.

I still don't know where to start or how to create the quiz.  I've been stumbling around it for a week now...
