as you are unlikely to get a solution on creating course structures in the Hardware and Performance section. Perhaps a bit more detail on your re-post about what you are trying to achieve

P.s. For reference:- Course structures are built up within moodle itself. The administrator can add categories and then add courses to each of these categories. (If I have interpreted your problem question correctly).
