I have disciplined myself not to use IE whenever editing in QuizPort. It does not seem to matter which version and it comes and goes. As to Hotpotatoes, some of the unicode (super- & subscripts) that Gordon helped me on do not work as well in IE 7 as IE8 and other browsers. My students are limited to IE7 at school. I have had to do some work arounds.
