Hi Mark, I don't believe the HTML editor works with Chrome or Safari. This is a browser issue that I have experienced with a few different browsers. I think Opera may be another one that doesn't support the HTML editor

No; it doesn't support the html editor - so I haven't been using it.

Right you are, no html editor. Otherwise, it seemed okay as I dipped its toes into Moodle. Both Chrome & Safari are based on the same (fairly dated, as I remember) rendering engine, Webkit.
