Do you have a pop-up blocker enabled in your MSIE browser? MSIE tends to be quite paranoid at times. Oh, and by the way, MSIE is really a bad browser, and version 6 was the worst of all. Please consider upgrading to MSIE 7 or, better, switching to FireFox.
