(not so trivial this time I assume): How do I implement a checkbox that forces students to accept GTC if they want to log in?

I have no idea what GTC is. Please remember to explain the acronyms you use. And are you sure your post is related to this Quiz forum? Maybe you should re-post it to the General Problems forum.
