I'm new at administering Moodle. Here's my situations and I'm not sure to use front page, sharing cart, or repositiories to store the files. Can you help? We are using Moodle. 1.9.5
Case 1
Some instructors want to be able to share files between courses that when update in one location will also be automatically updated in other courses.
Case 2
Some instructors want to be able to share files between course that are copied into different courses and then can be edit for one particular course without effecting the file/activities in the courses,.
From my understanding files stored on the front page are not secure and can be accessed by anyone. Correct?
