Resource types

I am using FF, every time that i have to upload a file via "Link to a file or web site", the width of the upload window is only showing up to the "Deselect all" button.

Can the width of the window be change so that it show up to "Upload a file" button??

or,

Can it be opened & displayed in the same window ?
