Hey all,
This is my first time posting. I decided to set up a chat session with my students to act like a tutoring session. But it has been running painfully slow. Students (and teacher) have been getting booted off constantly.

We are running 1.9 as far as I know...I'm the teacher, not the admin

If you are using chat module on its basic settings(default) with so much load on it there will be a performance degradation , you can configure and use chat daemon for this
