Old thread I know, but relevant to my problem...
If I click on 'Notifications ' on my system, nearly all of the blocks lose their name and have double Brackets around some header text. See picture below:
Restarting Apache cures it, but I'm not sure what's gone wrong. Any bright ideas ??
