Installing and upgrading help

I just changed hosting providers. I moved all my files and database. I know I have the config file correct.

Slide one shows all my courses and content

When I log in with my admin user and pass I go to a screen that only shows I am logged in. No courses or administration panel (see slide 2).

If I login with a student user and pass, it takes me to a screen that shows the courses (slide 3), but when I choose a course, I go to a screen with just a header (slide 4).

Any suggestions?
