The installation of the block search glossaries in 1.9.3 is correct, it appears in admin> modules> blocks and allows to configure. But not in the list of blocks administration to add a course. Any idea?

The Search Glossaries Block you are referring to is the non-standard Block yes ?
This was designed for Moodle 1.5 originally - but we have it working in a Moodle 1.9.4 environment:

(Guest access is allowed)
It appears as 'Search Glossaries' in the list Blocks Add option.
Have you been to the Admin page to update after installing the Block ?
