Just playing with the Feedback (we've always used Questionnaire) and for some reason I can't see Radio buttons as an option (massively useful to us).
Any ideas why this is?

I've never used Questionnaire, so I'm not familiar with the terminology, but I'm thinking that what you're calling Radio button is called "Multiple choice - single answer" in Feedback. I've attached a screen shot showing the initial question type menu, then the drop-down choices once you've selected "Multiple choice" as your question type, and sample questions of two of the three multiple choice types of questions. "Multiple choice - single answer" gives you radio buttons, one of which can be selected. "Multiple choice - multiple answers" gives you checkboxes, any number of which can be selected. I haven't used the dropdown version.

I might have used the wrong word - I was looking for Ratings, so people can choose between, say, 1-5, like so...

Please choose 'multiple choice' from the dropdown list and when you come to next screen choose adjustment as 'horizontal'. This will give you desired look.

Hi Dan,
The "rate" question type, available in the Questionnaire module, is not (yet) available in the Feedback module. You might consider voting for MDL-19483 if you want that feature to be developed.
