Installing and upgrading help

Hello,

I'm suffering the same problem here, but I noted that the behaviour described only happens when the student e-mail account is under Microsoft Exchange (in my case, at least).

I can't find any solution to this, but I suspect it's related to the student, not to Moodle. Anyways, did you find any solution?
