Moodle looks fine on the server browser it is installed on, but when I view it over our network using http://ip-address/moodle, it looks like the following and I cannot figure out why. Using Xampp. Thanks!

It tries to erase the File of the navigator, to erase lor temporary files and to erase the cookies.

I had the same problem when i was trying to publish my moodle in a static ip. Go to CONFIG.PHP and fill in the line
$CFG->wwwroot = 'http://your_ip-address/moodle';

Also use XAMPP, and have unloaded Moodle 1.9.5+, MOODLE_19_WEEKLY
I decompress once it, I copied all the folder to C: moodle
When opend the folder, you will see three icons, you will have to give double click in Start, and it will only continue.
