Not needed in topicsview, but is it possible in weekview:
to create on the settingspage of the site a checkbox for week-scroll:
So, that - lets say 4 o'clock in the morning on the first day of the new week - the current week comes on top and the previous week goes to the bottom of the weeks-list?
...Ending up with first week again on top if last week is sent down,
...or (with ckeckbox) keeping last week on top at the end...
