It started off as 'LAN only', as at the time it would only display its contents to people within the LAN; now it can display content to either, or different content to each (or the same if you really want). 'LAN only' seems like a silly name now because it doesn't really tell anyone what the block does?
Can anyone think of a good, ronseal type name for this block? 'differentcontenttopeopleinsideandoutsidethelan' block might be ronseal, but isn't really going to fit in the sidebar properly.
