In the Administration settings, under Appearance->HTML Editor, the emoticons shortcuts have been properly mentioned.
But when I try to use the HTML editor, I cant find the "Insert Smiley" option.
Could anyone tell me how to enable this so that these can be used from the editor?
Please help as it is urgent!
