I am having trouble to authenticate the users using an external mssql database. The moodle server is on linux so it should use the sybase extensions to php. However the server tries to use the mssql_get_last_message() function which I assume only works on win32 servers. How do I tell moodle to use the sybase extensions on php to access the mssql external database? Greetings, Harry.
