Can a teacher get the alert(E-mail Notification Or any form of alert) as soon as student Uploads the Assignment.....
I ve give E-mail alert to teacher as yes while creating Assignment....

Yes, in the Assignment settings just look for "Email alerts to teacher" and check that box. If you're not getting email alerts, I would make sure your server's email-related settings are accurate.
