Thanks for the advice. I went back and searched for the changes I made and put them in it's own file. I did have to take all of the mentions of images in the css and put it in my overrides (or else it would take the old images). This is my first (and small) customization of a Moodle theme so I just want to start off on the right foot! Hopefully I can get better so in the future I can start from scratch and create something better! Thanks again.
