Could not update record in database table

Hello Gordon,

I've now got a real fun course on Moodle 1.9 in which I can experiment with QuizPort so expect to hear from me a lot in the coming weeks. wink

I got this error message : "Could not update record in database table" in an exercise, Quelques Blocs, which I've uploaded to your http://bateson.kanazawa-gu.ac.jp/moodle/19/mysql/ site.

The exercise as you'll see it works just fine, but if you try and recreate from scratch you'll get the error message. I got round it by first creating the exercise from the jmt file and then updating the file and changing jmt to htm.

I hope that's clear. I'm annexing a Word document with the sequence of screenshots.

Cheers,
Glenys

Hi Glenys,
thanks for the report and the screenshots.

The error message was triggered by the apostrophe in the "introduction" section of the quiz which was used as the "Intro" for the QuizPort activity. My bad - sorry about that.

I have fixed the scripts and put them in the QuizPort download:
please download and install the latest version when you can.
