where is info about additions/changes to themes in 1.4?

I seem to recall there was a page somewhere with information about changes to themes with new versions? Where is it? Thanks.

Actually, I'd forgotten about a couple of minor changes in them and not updated that file (it's UPGRADE.txt in the theme folder).

I'll fix that file right now.   Here are the changes from 1.3 anyway.
