averages missing or won't calculate properly

I have two problems:

1. When i log in as Admin I can see the total averages column at the very end of my spreadsheet. Everything looks okay. When the teacher logs in, she does have the total averages. I have checked the settings and as far as I can tell the correct options are selected. How can I get the total grade averages to display for the teacher's account? See the attached file to see how it displays for the Admin account.

2. In the Moodle Docs Grade Book tutorial, the averages for the assignment appear at the bottom of each column. Most of the assignments have a maximum of 10 points; however, all of the averages are hovering around a 20 point total and are not calculating the correct average. Can anyone offer any help on this problem? See the same attached file to see first hand what I am talking about. Assignment averages are in the last cell on the bottom.
