If you are part of a large Moodle site with lots of quizzes, and if you have access to the database, please could you execute the query:
SELECT questionsperpage, shufflequestions, count(*) FROM mdl_quiz GROUP BY questionsperpage, shufflequestions
Save the results as CSV, and attach them here. Thinking about part of the new UI in Moodle 2.0, it would be really helpful to know what the more common options are.
